Our Mini Wellness Retreat is a sanctuary for rest, balance, and renewal, offering the perfect escape from the stresses of daily life. Guests are invited to indulge in hot and cold therapy with sauna and pool sessions to refresh and invigorate the senses, enjoy gentle bushwalking in the peaceful Woronora Valley surrounded by native wildlife, and delight in unlimited refreshments such as organic teas, fresh oranges, and filtered water to nourish body and mind. Every retreat also includes a bonus virtual 1:1 coaching session, providing personalised guidance and support for those seeking deeper clarity and wellbeing, with the option to add a tailored 60-minute massage for ultimate relaxation. Retreats run for approximately three hours and are available seven days a week for groups of 1–15, with our cosy sauna welcoming up to 10 guests at a time and overnight stays available for up to 3. Smaller groups may enjoy intimate half-day escapes, while larger groups can expand to a full-day retreat, with optional extras such as Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Wellness Workshops available on request.
