Welcome to Innovative Early Learning Artarmon!

We warmly invite all families and visitors to come and explore our centre or get in touch with our friendly Directors who are happy to answer any questions you may have. We care for children from as young as 6 weeks up to school age.

At Innovative Early Learning, everything we do is all about your child — their interests, needs, and development. We provide a loving, nurturing, and safe environment where your child can grow, learn, and play happily, giving you peace of mind while they’re with us.

Our learning spaces are designed to be fun and enriching, encouraging children to play together, build friendships, and connect with the wider community. We follow the Early Years Learning Framework to make sure your child’s education is meaningful and supportive.

We believe that families are a vital part of your child’s learning journey. We listen closely to what you share about your child, using your ideas and your child’s own interests to tailor their learning experience and help develop the skills they need for a bright future.

Plus, we provide healthy, tasty meals made fresh from quality ingredients to keep your little one nourished throughout the day.

Learning Environments
We have four dedicated learning rooms tailored to different age groups, so your child is always cared for in the right space for their stage of development:

Bumblebees Room: 0 to 2 years
Grasshoppers Room: 2 to 3 years
Dragonflies Junior Preschool Room: 3 to 4 years
Butterflies Senior Preschool Room: 4 to 5 years
Our indoor and outdoor play environments encourage exploration, creativity, and connection with nature and friends.

Healthy and Nutritious Meals
We provide all meals throughout the day, catering to any allergy or cultural dietary needs your child may have. Our menus include:

Fresh vegetables and legumes
Seasonal fruit
Wholegrains and seeds
Lean fresh meat and fish
Dairy options

Your child will enjoy fresh fruit and raw vegetables for morning and afternoon tea, steamed veggies at lunchtime, and a late snack of cheese and rice crackers. Our meals meet at least 50% of the recommended daily nutrient intake, following Australian dietary guidelines and the National Quality Framework.

Orientation Visits
We invite families to visit the centre before your child’s start date. This gives you the chance to meet your child’s educator, ask questions, and talk about your child’s routine. Orientation helps your child feel comfortable and familiar with their new environment and helps build a strong partnership between families and our team — a key to your child’s positive experience with us. We value open and honest two-way communication starting right from this visit.

What to Bring
To help your child settle in smoothly, please provide:

A labelled bag
Labelled changes of clothes
Measured formula in a labelled container (if needed)
One home nappy (if needed)
A labelled sunhat
Bed linen and a comfort item like a cuddly toy or dummy (if needed)
A labelled water bottle

Fees and Government Rebates
The daily fee varies based on your child’s age and room placement. Please contact our Centre Director, Jenna, for details on rates and fees.
We are a registered childcare provider, so if you’re eligible, you can claim government rebates like Child Care Benefit and Child Care Subsidy through Centrelink.

Stay Connected with Storypark
We know communication is key, so we use Storypark to keep you updated. You’ll receive daily online journals, weekly newsletters, and documentation about your child’s day — including photos and stories of what they’ve been learning and doing. You can also add your own stories and leave feedback, creating a private and secure online space to stay connected and involved in your child’s early learning journey.
