Tasting Notes 8% ABV
This is a mid strength shiraz but that doesn’t mean it has lost its beautiful McLaren Vale fruit. The nose is all mulberries, black grapes and maraschino cherries and hidden amongst the fruit are inviting aromas of iced blueberry Danish and fruit of the forest icecream. The palate is light but saturated in all things cherry. Stewed cherries, maraschino cherries and Iranian sour cherries all make for a very easy drinking wine.
