A: PROCESSING TIME
This processing time of 3-5 days applies to customised orders. Pre-selected packs are despatched in 1-3 days. If for any reason we can't meet these timelines then we will contact you and let you know.
If you change your mind or want a refund for any reason then please contact us directly in the first instance.

B: SHIPPING COST
Our prices are quoted Capital City Delivery Included to all Australian Capital Cities which generally includes suburban areas. However if delivery costs to your particular location are higher then standard then a shipping premium may apply. For country areas we will deliver included in the price if we can or otherwise quote the delivery premium.
It is up to YOU the customer to check in with us if you know or think your delivery costs may be higher than standard for Capital Cities.

C: LOGISTICS
Items are sent by private courier. They goods can only be received by a person over the age of 18 years.
An Authority to Leave (ATL) may be given to us by YOU the customer, in which case you take responsibility for the goods once they have been left according to instructions.
The tracking code for the goods in transit is sent to you upon despatch by your preferred method (text or email).
We track the goods ourselves and will notify you when delivery is pending for that day, and to confirm that the items have been marked as delivered or left according to the ATL.
If the goods are not there when they are meant to be then you must notify us immediately.
Please check that your order is in good condition as soon as practicable and advise us of any issues.

Refund Policy

We will provide a refund for goods damaged in transit or otherwise defective when your receive them.
We won't provide a refund if you don't happen to like an individual wine. However we will endeavour to make that up to you on your next order.
For new customers, we are happy to put together a customised introductory sample pack for you to explore our range.
