Brow Perfection Pencil

What it does:

Water resistant. long wearing, ideal for humid climates and oily skin. Perfect for achieving a defined line along the brow for definition. Perfect for covering scars and holes.

Apply Brow Powder or Brow Pomade on top of the brow to fill and enhance, finish with Brow Gel. This pencil is great for growing rows or ? rows to camouflage and neaten while growing brows back.

For:

Clients with far apart, thin, sparse and bushy brows and clients after high definition.

Tips & Tricks:

• Apply Garbo & Kelly Brow Powder or Brow Pomade using our Brow Guides
• Define the brow with Brow Perfection Pencil along the brow for extra definition
• Spot Brow Perfection Pencil over holes or scars then apply Brow Powder
• Set to finish with Garbo & Kelly Brow Gel
• Lift and open the eye with highlighter from our Master of Illumination Palette.
