Directions
Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal cream into the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required. nn- Sport: Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain. n- Before Sport: Apply before sport and warm up before activity. nDuring Sport: Apply to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain. nAfter Sport: Apply to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprains, strains and sore muscles. n- When injured: Rest: Rest injury for at least 48-72 hours. nIce: Apply ice to injured area immediately for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain. nCompress: Wrap injury with compression bandage. nElevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain. n- Recovery: Metsal Heat Rub Cream can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided.
