Retreats run for approximately four hours and are available seven days a week for groups of 1–15. The cosy sauna accommodates up to 10 guests, and overnight stays are available for up to three people. Smaller groups enjoy intimate half-day escapes, while larger groups can extend to full-day experiences with optional Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Wellness Workshops.

The base retreat price is $495. For bookings of five people, the rate becomes just $99 per person, with any additional guests also only $99 each.
