If you are unable to arrive at your booked service on the due date and time, then please notify us as soon as possible

If you do not arrive for the scheduled service booked, you may be charged in full. If you do not arrive at the departure
point by the specified time for sightseeing tours, the tour may depart and your booking will be cancelled automatically
with no refund made.
