Awesome Water® – Twin – 20″ – WOH Filtration – Town Water

The twin 20″ Whole of House system is designed for people who are serious about reducing the amount of chlorine and sediment from their water supply.

Installed on mains plumbing, sediment and chlorine are removed from all faucets/ showers throughout the premises, at up to 50 litres per minute, protecting tap washers, hot water systems and appliances.

These filtration systems are specifically designed to cater to areas where a high flow rate is needed, for example an entire house, industrial area or commercial zone.

They are fitted with a sediment filter and carbon or aragon filters.

The sediment filter removes dirt, rust and sediment deposits.

In addition to improving taste, the Carbon filter captures bacteria and removes chlorine, chlorine by-products (trihalomethanes) and odour from mains water.

Except for fluoride, Aragon can remove all other heavy metals as well as most viruses, protozoa and bacteria in both hot & cold water. Its unique triple filtration method provides a porous yet mechanically strong structure. Two-stage filtration process

Stage 1 – Polyspun Sediment Pre-Filter

Made from spun bonded polypropylene, the manufacturing technique of these cartridges results in no centre core to the filter, thus not restricting the filter performance. The materials also provide a resilient barrier to bacterial/chemical influence – preventing any build of unwanted waste (e.g. algae).

These sediment filters are compatible with most liquids and are highly effective for sediment, rust, sand, silt, and algae removal.

Stage 2 – Carbon Block Filter Cartridge or Aragon Filter

The Big White/Blue Carbon filters employ a high grade carbon with industry-leading surface area allowing for the greatest efficiency of the carbon absorption. Higher surface area extends the life of the cartridge, maximising time between cartridge changes.
